Returns Policy

At Matsie we want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase. Should, for any reason your purchase is found to be damaged on arrival, we’ll do all we can to rectify the matter and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If an item is received damaged or you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide to send them back, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase.

When we receive the item back we will issue due credit for the goods less any original and return shipping costs

We will confirm with you by e-mail or letter to let you know when we have processed your return.

When making a return: -

• Please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return.
• If the item is faulty please give full details of the fault.
• Preferably return the item in its original carton and packaging and wrap securely.
• We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. With a signed delivery receipt you will know that we have received the item back in the warehouse.

All items offered for sale through our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes that may apply.
